Isoleco types 1000 and 2000 are acoustic hygienic suspended ceilings consisting of a self-supporting core of high-quality sound-absorbing glass wool, which is enclosed completely tightly and seamlessly in Tedlar film and therefore can be cleaned perfectly.

Application
Industry and utility construction and specific applications are the chemical, pharmaceutical and food sectors, cleanrooms, industrial kitchens, operation theatres, bottling plants and breweries.

Versions / Materials
Isoleco type 1000 – Ceiling elements with a thickness of 25 mm in different module sizes suitable for various standard visible assembly systems with a flange width of at least 24 mm and a section height of 38 mm, sections in the color of the standard suspended ceiling sections stainless steel assembly springs

Isoleco type 2000 – Ceiling elements with a thickness of 48.5 mm in different module sizes suitable for a specially developed suspension system consisting of anodized aluminum assembly profiles where each ceiling element is clamped into place around as a continuous whole to guarantee hygienic properties, core made of a glass wool panel that has been equipped on the visible side with acoustic open fiberglass.

Properties

  • Excellent sound absorption (sound absorption class B)
  • Suitable for use in rooms with a very high and/or strongly changing relative humidity
  • It doesn’t form a feeding ground for moulds and bacteria and it is inorganic, amorphous
    and germ-free
  • Cannot be penetrated by micro-organisms and they will not negatively affect it
  • Antistatic, UV-resistant, can withstand a large variety of chemicals and doesn’t cause
    or boost corrosion
  • Durable high reflectance and colorfast • Self-supporting under all climate conditions
  • Bending strength in accordance with EN 13964:2004: 1/C/1.9N.
  • Diffusion resistance figure of the plastic film: 2.7
  • Reflection capacity: reflectance (y value): 0.72
  • Fire, fire safety: – base material (glass wool) is non-flammable in accordance
    with ISO 1182, – product as a whole (with film) is fire-proof
  • Fire propagation: – contribution to flashover in accordance with NEN 6065: class 1
    (report available) – flame spread in accordance with NEN 6065: class 1 (report available)
  • Smoke development: in accordance with NEN 6066: 6
