Global Cleanrooms developed Air Tight Door (ATD series), which are easy to operate.

ATD are applied in classified cleanroom areas to create and ensure fully protected gastight zones, and isolate areas from each other to prevent cross contamination or gas exhaust.

ATD are used in many manufacturing industries like Biotech/Pharma/Bio-safety Laboratories and nuclear facilities. The ATD sytem uses Siemens S7-1200 to achieve Air Tight door interlock and fumigation function. The touch screens which are installed beside the ATD are used to monitor system operation and to change settings.
